This summer millions of Local Californians, as well as multitudes from around the world, will visit the beaches here in Southern California. Why do we keep trying to lure the fish where we are? Jesus didn't tell Peter to cast his net where the fish were not, but rather to cast his net where the fish are.

We too must get smart, use 'strategy' and cast our net where the fish are. Seems obvious doesn't it? But where are all the fishermen?

If you had your choice to stay in your air-conditioned home in the San Fernando Valley or go to a tent revival meeting in a hot dusty park or parking lot with temperatures exceeding 110 degrees in that tent, what would you do?

Exactly, and you are already saved and like to go to church. How much harder would it be to reach the lost who don't like church, and convince them to leave their air-conditioned home and come to a religious meeting in an uncomfortable climate? How many times can saved people sit and listen to yet another salvation message?

It's time for us to start thinking, and implement strategies just like a real military. We need objectives that are obtainable with lasting results.

How many of you have actually changed your city? If you have, then you know that a one-time meeting does little damage to the ruling spirits of darkness over that city. Instead, just like being in a boxing ring, you must wear out the opposition with a sustained presence. Remember the one-two punch? One-two, one-two, one-two, Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, etc.

One event can have an impact. However, a sustained, coordinated joint effort by believers from many churches, focused on an area, will change a city and have far greater impact. All the millions of fish that always come to the water will be caught if we will just meet them where they are.

D.P.M. in association with Venice Foursquare Church and several other ministries from across the nation will be sponsoring weekly rallies and prophetic music events designed to catch new "fresh" fish. We need to be where the people are. We need to speak the language of the people. They are hungry. They are searching for a supernatural God who answers prayer!

Come and partner with us as we spread our net this summer where the fish are...in Santa Monica and Venice, California -- the media capitol that influences the entire planet!

Our nets are already bursting at the seams and summer has only just begun. We need assistance to catch this harvest. We currently need worship teams, musicians, prophets, intercessors, dancers, healing and deliverance ministries, as well as people with gifts of administration, video editing, audio editing, letter editing, shipping and receiving, web design, graphics design, camera operators, office help, prayer partners, hospitality coordinators, security guards, even those willing to clean the facility!

We are listening to God. We are proclaiming what He wants said to the Church. We have authority in this city. We have the permits for the events at the beach; we have the sound equipment, instruments, cameras, etc., now we just need more laborers to help us with this incredible harvest!

Millions will pass through our small beach city this summer from Los Angeles and around the world. By having a sustained presence in this city this summer, we will effectively touch all of LA as well as multitudes across our nation and around the world.

Let's not continue to fish in the same old ponds or even our neighbors' pond. Let's not use old wineskins and techniques to catch or to store the new wine. Instead, let's go where the fish are jumpin'!

God is conquering the 'Spirit' over Hollywood. God has a strategy to do this just like a military would conquer, ONE region at a time. Recruit, train up to move under the anointing, confront the ruling principalities, conquer and displace their demonic influence over men living in that region, occupy in the heavenlies or spirit so their influence cannot come back seven times stronger, train up others by opening up the eyes of their understanding with the revelations of Jesus and advance to the next city.

Every event along this beachfront will be covered by secular news media; it is just the natural inheritance of this city! The word will spread! As the multitudes are "caught" they will take back the memories of the amazing things God did at the beaches. Then, as teams of worshipers begin to invade the Sunset Strip nightclubs in October, the stage will be set for territorial revival.

Let us remember the Pharisees and Teachers of the Law. They could not hear what John the Baptist or Jesus was saying, because they were stuck in old wineskins. They were fishing out of static ponds! Let's not follow Frank Sinatra’s song and 'do it our way.' We must listen to what God is saying NOW. We must do what we see the Father doing NOW.

God sends us prophets to be a blessing and to reveal what God is saying. If we heed the words, we will prosper. If we don't, then the witchcraft and sodomite agendas will continue to prosper, and believe me, they are prospering! If we do not heed the prophets and get involved, then we will continue to see an even greater disintegration of the family and family values.

For those who have eyes to see and ears to hear, get organized; learn strategies, partner and stay focused on obtainable objectives. Do not be deceived by counterfeit strategies placed by the enemy. Remember, he acts like an angel of light, but leads into the greatest darkness.
